Our Story
Alex and Oscar Saez embarked on their Fullblood Wagyu breeding journey with a pivotal trip to Grafton, NSW, where they attended a Sumo Wagyu auction. During this event, they made their first significant acquisition—a Wagyu bull (Q135) and five Wagyu heifers. Just a week later, at the Elite Wagyu Sale, they secured R18, a bull from Olive Grove Wagyu. This marked the beginning of Toro Wagyu, a venture that has since flourished.
Toro Wagyu has utilized semen from distinguished bloodlines, Mayura Itoshigenami Jnr, Prologue, L10, Arubial United, Yasufuku Jr and Goorambat Mr. Marble, alongside their two bulls, in recent embryo flush/AI programs.
Toro Wagyu's mission is to produce exceptional Fullblood Wagyu, while continuously adopting innovative farming and breeding practices to ensure the highest standards of quality.
